I made these flatbread pizzas the other night for the family. It passed BOTH of my toddler’s standards! This was a quick, healthy, and easy dinner that the whole family loved! Which is definitely the healthy and easy dinner option I need.
INGREDIENTS:
- Flatbread (of choice)
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded.
- Parmesan cheese, shredded.
- 1 jar (14-oz) pizza sauce
- Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat over 375°
On medium heat. Add 1-2 Tbs olive oil in a skillet. Add the flatbread into your skillet, just long enough for flatbread to get brown and crispy on the outside. About 2 mins on each side. Remove from heat and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add your flatbread onto your baking dish.
Spoon your pizza sauce on to flatbread. Then, add your cheeses.
Cook in the over for 5 mins. Just long enough to melt the cheese.
Serve and enjoy!
- You can easily add whatever toppings you want
- I sprinkled garlic salt, pepper, and salt onto our pizza.
