These flourless peanut butter banana muffins are always a crowd pleaser. They taste so delicious. You would NEVER believe they are healthy! These healthy banana muffins make the perfect dessert replacement. My toddlers would eat the whole batch in one sitting if I allowed them to.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat over 400°
Mix all ingredients, except the chocolate chips. Once ingredients are mixed and creamy. Add in the chocolate chips. Divide muffin batter into 12 muffins.
Bake 12-15 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
Serve and enjoy! Yields 12 muffins.
