INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein powder.
1 Tbs flaxeed *optional
1/4 cup spinach
1 scoop of collagen powder *optional
1 cup ice
1 tsp honey
3/4 cup almond -or- oat milk
1/2 banana
INSTRUCTIONS:
First add the ice and milk, followed by the remaining ingredients. Once all combined, blend it up and enjoy!
NOTES:
I prefer Max Effort protein powder. Although, any protein powder will do.
Using frozen spinach will store longer in the fridge.
This produces one serving.
